About The Valley
The Valley is an Emaar master development on Dubai–Al Ain Road (E66), launched in November 2019 and announced at around AED 25 billion. It is a low-rise, green community of townhouses and villas in several sub-communities, with parks, sports courts, cycling tracks, a town centre and retail planned or in place.
It is further out than central districts: market sources quote about 25–30 minutes by car to Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport, and a few minutes to the Sevens Stadium and Dubai Outlet Mall. That distance is the trade-off for larger plots and lower density, so test the commute at rush hour before you commit.

Dates are the developer’s estimates and several may already have passed. If you are buying a specific unit, ask the seller or sales team which instalments are already paid and what is still due.
Early-stage purchase: protect yourself
Avelia at The Valley is at the launch or early construction stage (estimated handover Q4 2029). That usually means lower entry prices and longer payment plans, but also a longer wait. Make sure your payments go to the project’s RERA escrow account, that the sale is registered through Oqood, and that the contract states the handover window and the remedies if it slips.
